Quillisascut Farm School

The real meaning of “farm to table” was evident when Kathryn and Callie took a trip to Quillisascut Farm School to shoot images of chefs at “work” on a real farm.  We documented the daily farm tasks which included preparing meals directly from ingredients harvested on the farm.  The chefs even witnessed and participated in the slaughter and butchering of a goat.  It was an eye opening, intense and inspiring experience for our team and theirs.

Hope & Union – Charleston, SC

Sometimes you visit a place so charming you can’t resist shooting it.  We were in Charleston, South Carolina in September and stumbled upon Hope & Union which happens to be the sweetest coffee shop ever!  So inspired by the great aesthetic of owners John and Harper as well as the shop’s historic building we gathered our gear and spent a day trying to capture the charm and spirit that is unique to Charleston and this great local haunt.
